Association rules are approved by the Board of Directors and are intended to supplement the CC&Rs. Please refer to the CC&Rs for complete governing details.

The treasurer must sign off on all decisions involving the commitment of Association funds except in times of emergency. In times of emergency the President of the Association is allowed to spend up to $1,000 per occurrence to resolve the emergency situation. A full accounting of the circumstances will be made at the next open session of the Board of Directors.                 5/20/18

Rule for Section 5.4 of Covey Run CC&Rs: It is hereby determined that the date concrete is poured for the main floor of a home constitutes the beginning of construction.                   5/20/18

Rule for Section 5.4b of Covey Run CC&Rs: The annual assessment may be increased above 10% by a vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the members votes who are voting in person or by absentee ballot, at a meeting duly called for this purpose.            02/15/2023

Rule for Section 5.11 of Covey Run CC&Rs: It is determined that the transfer fee referenced in section 5.11 of the Covey Run CC&Rs will be $200.00                                                        5/20/18
